摘要
通过分析子宫肌瘤所带来的心理伦理问题,提出护理人员应具备的三点伦理道德要求,指出在临床护理中应注意:通过有效的沟通技巧,建立良好的护患关系;具备良好的心理品质,正确评估患者心理状态;以人为本,给予患者人性化及人性化的护理;做好心理护理,建立良好的社会支持系统。
With well analyzing of the ethical and psychological nursing problems with women who suffer from hysteromyoma ,Three ethical strategies are developed： To help establish credible relationship between nurses and women who suffer from hysteromyoma by effective communication;To assess the psychological condition of patients with hysteromyoma;To give nursing personality for patients with hysteromyoma; To set up social support system.
