摘要
本文针对混凝土工程中面板混凝土裂缝问题,在混凝土中掺入废橡胶粉、粉煤灰及外加剂等,进行优化组合,调整混凝土的内部结构,经过宏观和微观试验得出结论:混凝土的极限拉伸值、抗拉强度和抗裂韧性得到了提高,混凝土的脆性和弹性模量降低,裂缝明显减少。
The aim of this paper is to investigate the cracking question of the ooncrete panel in the ooncrete engineering. In the concrete we have added the rubber powder waste, fly ash and admixtures etc and optimized the matching proportion of these ingredients to change chemical process of the hydration reactions and the internal structure of concretes. The result of macro and microscopic testes show that the maximum tension value, tensile strength and cracking resistance toughness of the concrete have been improved;the fragility and elastic modulus have been reduced;the cracking of concrete was reduced obviously.
