摘要
针对目前再生混凝土集料研究中存在的问题,分析了再生混凝土集料性状畸变与改善方法,提出循环压研破碎技术,设计研制循环压研破碎废旧混凝土块的专用设备,通过试验测试破碎机理的可行性和再生集料的有关性能,为再生混凝土集料的高质量生产及道路应用提供参考。
Directed against the unperceived problem in the current study of recycled concrete aggregate (RCA), the author analyzed the performance aberration and meliorating measurements of RCA, put forward the technology of crushing RCA in a circularly squashing-milling way, and designed a special machine for crushing RCA. The feasibility of the crushing technology and the involved performance indices of RCA were tested by experimental research, which gave the reference for RCA to be produced in better-quality and applied on the road.
