摘要
研究减水剂品种及成型技术对活性粉末混凝土(RPC)强度的影响,考察水胶比、粉煤灰、硅灰、石英粉以及钢纤维掺量对RPC的抗折、抗压强度及流动度的影响规律。结果表明,采用粉煤灰替代部分水泥,可以改善RPC的流动度及强度,在热水养护下,可配制出抗压强度超过200MPa的活性粉末混凝土。
Influences of kinds of superplasticizer and molding technic on performances of reactive powder concrete (RPC) were studied firstly. Then, the proportions that include water cement ratio, silica fume, fly ash, crush quartz and steel fiber were tested to get the influences on tensile strength,compressive strength and fluidity of RPC. Results indicated that using fly ash to substitute cement could improve the fluidity and strength of RPC. Finally, an ultra - high strength concrete, its compression strength exceeded 200MPa, was prepared under hot water curing.
