摘要
采用混凝-MBBR法对某厂造纸中段废水进行了处理,探讨了在混凝处理中PAFC、黄土加入量和pH值对COD、SS去除率的影响,并对MBBR法处理废水的条件进行了优化,结果表明,水力停留时间8 h,曝气气水比为4∶1,CODCr容积负荷为2.7 kg/(m2.d)时,经强化混凝-MBBR法处理的废水CODCr和SS的去除率分别可达92.1%和93.3%,出水水质达到GB3544—2001所规定的排放标准。
In the paper, the combined effluents from washing, screening and bleaching of a paper mill were treated by coagulation and MBBR. Some factors influencing the treatment process of coagulation and MBBR were studied, which included the PAFC dosage, the earth dosage, the pH value of wastewater, the change of hydraulic retention time (HRT), the volume load of influent and the ventilation quantity. The result showed that the removal rates of SS and CODCr of the effluent can reach up to 92% and the treated wastewater can meet the requirement of national standard of GB3544-2001 after treatment with the coagulation and MBBR method.
