摘要
提出了一种行之有效的气垫式流浆箱控制系统解决方案,并在此基础上,给出了一种低成本的故障远程诊断系统,详细阐述了故障诊断的基本原理和远程诊断系统的实现方法。实际应用效果表明了文中给出的故障远程诊断系统的有效性。
An effective solution for air-cushioned headbox control is proposed, and a low-cost remote fault diagnosis system is also given based on the control strategy depicted in this paper. The basic principle as well as the ways to implement the remote diagnosis of the system is illustrated in detail. The application result indicates that this remote fault diagnosis system is effective.
