摘要
目前我国市场经济还处于初级阶段,国有企业经营者普遍存在着人力资本收益权的残缺现象,制约着企业的发展,因此应坚持按人力资本贡献分配同时兼顾公平和效率的原则,完善人力资本收益权制度,促进企业的发展,提高企业效率。
China's market economy still remains a primary stage at present, the managers of state- owned enterprise generally do not have the earnings right of human capital. So contribution and distribution should be made according to the manpower capital at the same time with the principle of efficiency. This can be achieved by perfecting human capital earnings right system, promoting the development of enterprise and improving enterprise's efficiency.
