摘要
介绍了WRKT-Ⅲ型双通道煤粉燃烧器的原理和特点,以国电电力大连开发区热电厂3号炉燃烧器的技术改造为例,将一次风喷口改为WRKT-Ⅲ型双通道煤粉燃烧器。锅炉燃烧器改造后,具有燃烧稳定性增强、减少飞灰可燃物和提高锅炉效率等优点。
The principle and characteristics of WRKT-Ⅲ type double-channel coal-fired bumer are introduced. Taking the technical retrofit of No.3 boiler burner in Thermal Power Plant of Dalian Development Zone as example, which primary air port is changed into WRKT-Ⅲ type double-channel coal-fired burner. After retrofit, the stability of combustion is increased, combustible matter in fly ash is reduced and boiler efficiency is improved.
