摘要
以杜长大三元杂交生长猪为试验对象,研究了在饲粮中添加0.3%天然植物提取物对其的促生长作用及内分泌机制的影响。结果表明:(1)生长猪日增重提高6.90%(P<0.05),饲料转化率提高6.73%(P<0.05);(2)血清中总蛋白、球蛋白、总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量,分别比对照组提高了11.13%(P<0.05)、19.88%(P<0.05)、12.39%(P<0.05)和21.43%(P<0.05)。谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶活性,分别比对照组提高了13.39%(P<0.05)、14.16%(P<0.05)和12.14%(P<0.05);(3)血清中生长激素、类胰岛生长因子分别比对照组提高了21.09%(P<0.05)和17.20%(P<0.05)。三碘甲腺原氨酸、甲状腺素和环腺苷酸含量,分别比对照组增加了16.01%(P<0.05)、17.06%(P<0.05)和19.88%(P<0.05)。
Growing pigs Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire Were used to investigate the promoting effect of 0.3% extract from natural plants ( ENP ) added to feed on the growing performance and the endocrine mechanism of growing pigs. The results of feeding experiment showed : ( 1 ) In comparison with the control group, the daily gain of the growing pigs was significantly increased by 6.90% ( P 〈 0.05 ) and the feed conversion was increased 6.73% ( P 〈 0.05 ). (2) The concentration of TP, GLO, CHO and TG3 in serums were increased by 11.13% ( P 〈0.05 ) , 19.88% ( P 〈0.05 ) , 12.39% ( P 〈0.05 ) and 21.43% ( P 〈0.05 } respectively. The activities of glutamic propylic transaminase ( GPT), glutamic oxaolacetic transaminase (GOT) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in serums were increased by 13.39% (P〈0.05), 14.16% (P〈0.05) and 12.14% (P〈0.05) respectively. (3) The concentration of GH and the level of IGF - I were increased by 21.09% ( P 〈 0.05 ) and 17.20% ( P 〈 0.05 ) respectively. The contents of T3, T4 and cAMP in serums were increased by 16.01% (P〈0.05), 17.06% (P〈0.05) and 19.88% (P〈0.05) respectively.
