正常成人脑组织弥散成像的定量研究 被引量:4

QUANTITATIVE STUDY OF DIFFUSION WEIGHTED MR IMAGING IN NORMAL HUMAN BRAIN

摘要 目的研究正常成人脑不同解剖部位的弥散特点,建立脑内不同部位的正常表观弥散系数(apparentdiffusion coefficient,ADC)值标准。方法健康志愿者和体检者280例,行弥散加权成像(diffusion weightedimaging),弥散梯度因子(gradient factor)b值选用0,1000 s/mm2。结果正常成人脑内各组织平均ADC值测量(×10-3mm2/s):皮层灰质为0.84±0.15,皮层白质为0.71±0.12,尾状核头为0.74±0.19,豆状核为0.72±0.18,丘脑为0.75±0.21,内囊后肢为0.68±0.17,半卵圆中心为0.72±0.22,胼胝体膝部和压部分别为0.71±0.10、0.72±0.10,侧脑室体部为2.85±0.27。正常成人脑内两侧不同解剖部位及两年龄、性别组的ADC值无显著性差异。结论通过定量测量正常成人脑部ADC值,获得成年国人的正常ADC值,为鉴别病理改变提供基础对照。 Objective To establish quantitative standard by measuring the average value of the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) in different regions of normal human brain. Methods Diffusion weighted imaging were performed in 280 health subjects and volunteers with diffusion gradient factor b of 0 and 1000 sec/mm^2. Results The ADC values(× 10^-3mm^2/s) of grey matter, white matter, head of nucleus caudatus, outamen, thalamus, genu and splenium of corpus callosum, posterior limb of internal capsule, centrum semiovale, and body of lateral ventricles were 0.84±0.15, 0.71±0.12, 0.74±0.19, 0.72±0.18, 0.75±0.21, 0.71±0.10, 0.72±0.10, 0.68 ± 0.17, 0.72 ± 0.22, 2.85 ± 0.27 respectively. The statistically significant differences were not found between the hemispheres. Conclusion The normal ADC values measured quantitatively in brain provides basic reference for differential diagnosis of pathologic changes.
