摘要
简述了正电子的产生、正电子的湮没辐射、湮没辐射光子的符合探测以及多探头多环探测器等相关技术问题;分析和讨论了PET、PET/CT在临床医学中的应用价值。
This paper introduces the concept of the positron, positron annihilation and the coincidence detection. Some technique of the multi-detector and multi-ring Positron Emission Tomography（PET） and PET integrated with Computed Tomography（PET/CT） were discussed. The application value of PET and PET/CT in clinical practice were briefly discussed and evaluated.
