中空吹塑挤出机温控系统的设计与研究

摘要 针对中空吹塑挤出机温控系统大滞后、时变、非线性、扰动多的特点,为了提高温控系统的控制精度与响应速度,以达到满足高质量生产的要求,在挤出机温度控制过程中,提出了一种智能PID控制算法。该算法使挤出机温度控制可以按区段进行不同算法的调节,既具有控制的快速性,又具有迟滞(死区)控制的稳定性和抗干扰能力,从而更能适应单螺杆挤出机工作现场各种难以预料的情况,较好地满足温控系统的要求。 In view of the long delay, time variation, non-linearity and multi-perturba-tion characteristics of the blow mould extruding machine, an intelligent PID control calculating method was put forward to improve the controlling precision and response speed of the high temperature control system and meet the requirements of high quality production. The temperature of the extruding machine could be adjusted in accordance with the section by different calculating method, so that the machine could not only be equipped with controlling rapidity but also had retarded controlling stability and anti-Jamming ability. Finally, it can make the temperature control system of hollow blow moulding extruding machine much more suitable for uncertain circumstance and meet the requirement of the temperature control precision.
