幽门螺杆菌与成人特发性血小板减少性紫癜的关系

Shudy on the relationship between helicobacter pylori and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in adult

目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌与成人特发性血小板减少性紫癜的关系及抗幽门螺杆菌感染对特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效的影响。方法:统计特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者与正常无症状人群幽门螺杆菌的感染率,比较感染幽门螺杆菌的特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者常规治疗与联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗的疗效。结果:特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者幽门螺杆菌感染率高于正常对照组(P<0.05),感染幽门螺杆菌的特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者常规治疗联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗疗效优于常规治疗。结论:对于成人特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者建议常规行幽门螺杆菌检测,抗幽门螺杆菌治疗为部分特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者提供了一种常规治疗外的新途径。

Objective：To investigate the ralationship between the helicobacter pylori （HP）and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP）in adult and the effect of platelet recovery in patients with ITP after eradication of helicobacter pylori.Methods：The rate of HP infection in ITP patients and normal asymatomatic crowd was counted respectively,the curative effects between the routine treatment and routine treatment combined with eradication of HP were compared.Results：The rate of HP infection in patients with ITP was significantly fig, her than that in the normal controls.The routine treatment combined with eradication of HP was superior to routine treatment in the ITP patients affected with HP.Conclusion：It is suggested that the HP should be detected eonventionaUy.The eradication of HP is a new gateway in partial aptients with ITP except the routine treatment.
