摘要
本文从制度安排、政策体系、金融服务、对资源开发的支持四方面,对世界最大的两大经济体美日两国支持本国企业国际化经营的政策体系加以比较,为中国建立“走出去“战略的政策支持体系提供启示。
This article compares the policy systems of supporting enterprise globalization in US and Japan from four perspectives： system arrangement, policy system, financial service, and resource development. It is intended to offer enlightenment for China in formulating supportive policies for the ＂walking out＂ strategy.
