Study on Categories and Characteristics of Cooperation Risks of the Shipbuilding Supply Chain

节点企业间的合作是造船供应链正常运行的基础,但由于船舶建造过程纷繁复杂、合作伙伴数量众多,造船供应链的合作过程中隐藏着复杂的风险。在造船供应链基础上,从风险的相关概念出发提出造船供应链合作风险的概念,从合作关系的构成、运行和维持的角度研究造船供应链合作风险的类别及其复杂性、国际性、模糊性等特点。

Cooperation of node enterprises is the base of the regular operation of the shipbuilding supply chain. As shipbuilding is a complicated task with various cooperative parteners the cooperation of shipbuilding involves hidden risks. This paper advances the concept of cooperation risks and studies different categories of cooperation risks in shipbuilding supply chain and their complex, international and fuzzy natures in terms of the composition and operation of the cooperative relations.
