摘要
目的观察不同频率电刺激束旁核(PF)对正常大鼠、帕金森病(PD)模型鼠脚内核(EP)神经元自发放电的影响,探讨不同频率电刺激PF对EP神经元活动的调节作用。方法采用单管玻璃微电极细胞外记录方法,记录不同频率电刺激PF对正常和PD状态下大鼠EP神经元自发放电频率和模式的影响。结果PD模型鼠的EP神经元自发放电频率较正常大鼠增加20.34%(P<0.01)。高频刺激(强度0.4 mA,波宽0.1 ms,时程5 s,频率130 Hz)PF使93.65%正常大鼠及96.30%PD模型鼠的EP神经元放电活动受到抑制,且抑制效应时程具有频率依赖性。结论高频刺激PF可以减少基底神经节输出核团EP神经元的活动。
Objective To observe the effect of electric stimulation of the parafascicular nucleus (PF) on the neuronal activities of the entopeduncular nucleus (EP), in order to confirm the efficacy of deep brain stimulation (DBS)of the PF on Parkiuson disease and probe into the mechanism underlying DBS. Methods Extracellular recording was used to monitor the changes in firing rate and pottem of the EP in response to the electric stimulation of varied rates to the PF in normal and model rats. Results The autonomic firing rate of the EP was higher ( by 20.34%, P 〈 0.05) in PD model rats than in normal rats. High - frequency electric stimulation on the PF inhibited the neural activities in the majority of EP neurons in normal rats (93.65%) and in PD rats (96.30%). The inhibitory duration was proportional to the frequency of the electric stimulation. Conclusion DBS on PF can reduce the overactivity of EP in the basal ganglia.
