格林-巴利综合征合并脊髓损害2例病例分析

Guillain-Barre syndrome complicated by spinal cord lesion:report of two cases

目的探讨格林-巴利综合征(GBS)合并脊髓损害的临床表现及发病机制。方法报道2例GBS合并脊髓损害的临床病例。结果2例均有典型的GBS临床表现和实验室检查异常,且均合并脊髓损害。结论GBS为周围神经脱髓鞘所引起,而合并的脊髓损害症状可能为脱髓鞘损害累及中枢神经系统(脊髓)所致。

Objective To study the clinical manifestations and pathogenesis of Guillain - Bane syndrome complicated by spinal cord lesion. Methods Two cases of Guillain- Barre syndrome complicated by spinal cOrd lesion were reviewed. Results Typical clinical characters and laboratory findings were noticed in the two cases. Condusion GuiUain - Barre syndrome starts as demyelination of peripheral nerves, and the symptoms of spinal cord lesion emerge when the demyelination involves the central nervous system.
