摘要
目的探讨新鲜全血替代校准品在血液分析仪上的应用。方法以校准好的Sysmex-3000为参考机,用新鲜全血在参考机Sysmex-3000和Sysmex-KX-21、AC-920之间进行校准传递。结果校准后各仪器之间的偏差可以接受,同一标本在各仪器上的结果具有可比性。结论新鲜全血可以替代校准品在多系列血液分析仪上应用。
Objective To explore the application of fresh whole blood as the substitute calibrator on hematology analyzers. Methods With the calibrated Sysmex- 3000 as the target machine, fresh whole blood sample as the calibrator was delivered among Sysmex - 3000 and Sysmex - KX - 21 and AC - 920. Results After calibration, the deviation of readings from varied machines were acceptable. The results of the same sample analyzed on different machines were comparable. Conclusion Fresh whole blood can be used to substitute for the calibrator on series hematology analyzers.
