摘要
首先分析了当前电梯控制技术的发展和需求矛盾.指出PLC电梯控制系统的局限性.提出了基于ARM控制器的嵌入式电梯控制设计方案。该方案引入了嵌入式处理器.嵌入式操作系统以及CAN现场总线。接着详细介绍了基于该方案的电梯控制系统的结构.硬件设计.实时操作系统的移植以及任务的划分等。研究结果表明:采用该控制手段能较好的满足设计要求.开发的嵌入式电梯控制系统具有抗干扰能力强.稳定性好.实时性高.成本低等特点。
This paper analyses, firstly, the development of elevator technology and the contradiction of requirement, and then localization of elevator based on PLC controller is pointed out. Hence, the article puts forward a new embedded control project for the elevator, which it based on ARM controller. Embedded real-time operating system and CAN bus are introduced into the new method, what's more, system frame, hardware design and RTOS transplant are explained at length. At last, with applying this new design technique, the new system takes on some perfect advantages, such as strong anti-jamming capability, good stability, high real-time performance and low cost.
