扩展企业制造信息共享控制方法研究

Study on Manufacturing Information Sharing & Controlling Method for Extended Enterprise

提出一种基于信息隐蔽度和限用度准则的扩展企业制造信息共享控制方法。共享控制方法用内容和大小不一的制造信息模板封装了扩展企业中的制造信息,用隐蔽度和限用度确定了每条信息在制造信息平面上的位置。根据信息集与离散点集之间的映射关系,从用户的权限区域映射出用户有权限的信息子集,被该子集激活的制造信息模板的实例将最终用于制造信息的共享。共享控制方法量化了信息共享的范围,确定了具体的实现流程,取得了共享与控制之间的平衡。

To deal with conflict between manufacturing information sharing and controlling, a manufacturing information sharing ＆ controlling method for extended enterprise was proposed. Manufacturing information templates were used to encapsulate manufacturing information, but they differed in their contents and capacities. Based on information＇s visibility and usability, each information item was located at a discrete point on the information plane. According to mapping relationship between information set and discrete point set, every user was entitled to access an information subset. Therefore, a correspondent template was activated, and it was used to encapsulate manufacturing information for the users. Scope of manufacturing information sharing is measured, and a balance of information sharing and controlling is achieved.
