The microscopic description of the characteristics of printer toner made by SEM can not only make the printing characteristics of all kinds of printers usually known,but also analyze components of printer toner through an X radiative alpha ray spectrometer,estmate materal nature so as to reach the purpose of discriminatlon.Thls techniqus can be used to discriminate the relativities of all concerning printed files.
