摘要
对读者满意度的测评,一可通过制订有整体性、层次性和相对独立性图书馆服务评价工作的指标体系;二是对所制定的服务评价项目从一级到N级进行逐级详细分解,以发放调查表等形式,广泛收集资料进行评价。并对图书馆服务评价过程中产生的一些问题提出一些思考。
The examination and assessment of readers' satisfaction with library work can be manipulated through 1, quota system containing whole work,level services and relatively independent fibrary work and 2 ,analyzing all the services from 1-n by distributing forms to collect data widely.Besides,problems rising from the examination and assessment of library services should also be pondered over.
