建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中重大历史任务,农民作为新农村建设的主体,直接决定着新农村建设的成败。通过分析江西农民现状和市场经济条件下需要有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,提出江西培养新农民的对策。

Building socialist new countryside is a historical task in China＇s modernization process. As the subject in the process, farmers are the decisive factor whose quality may lead to its failure or success. This paper analyzes the status quo of the farmers in Jiangxi and concludes that market economy requires new - type farmers who are well - educated and armed with skills and knowledge of management. In addition, it puts forward some measures to help cultivate such new - type farmers.
