摘要 “形势与政策”作为一门思想政治教育课程,有其自身的特殊性,但至今还没有形成一个相对稳定的课程体系。课程内容变动性较大,教材体系不太完备,教材适用时间短,由此造成了教学随意性较大、教学质量不高的现象,也导致了一些人对课程的科学性产生了怀疑,影响了课程的建设。根据对中央文件精神的理解和多年的教学实践,对课程体系建设的重要性、课程特点、课程体系以及教材体系等问题,进行了探索和思考。 Current - affairs and State - policies is a special course with its focus on ideological and political education. However, the course lacks a stable course system resulting in changeable contents and textbooks, and thus a poor quality of teaching and suspicion about whether it is a scientific course. This also has affected the development of the course system. This paper explores and reflects on the features of this course, problems in the course system and textbook system and the significance of developing a complete course system based on the author' s teaching experience and understanding of the documents released by the central government.
