寡核苷酸探针LZF－I进行两栖类DNA指纹分析的初步研究

STUDY ON AMPHIBIAN'S DNA "FINGERPRINTING" USING OLIGONUCLEOTIDE PROBE LZF-I

利用寡核苷酸探针ＬＺＦ－Ｉ对两栖类的３属８种２８只个体的冷冻和甲醛固定的肝组织作了检测．所获ＤＮＡ指纹图在个体、种和属间具有特异性．表明该探针进行ＤＮＡ指纹检测可为两栖动物种、属分类提供依据．

The analyses of detecting the DNA fingerprints of 28 samples from 8 species in 3 genera of Anura were made on their freezing and formalin-fixed livers by using oligonucleotide probe LZF-I. The individual,spesies-specific and genus-specific DNA 'fingerprints' were obtained. The study indicated that the technique of DNA fingerprinting using this probe could provide evidence in amphibian's taxonomy.
