利用经典技术，着重分析了脊髓灰质炎病毒穿越细胞膜时的结构变化，探讨了脊灰病毒的结构变化与其进入细胞的关系，并研究了脊灰病毒壳蛋白ＶＰ４在病毒穿膜过程中的作用功能。提出了关于脊灰病毒穿越细胞膜的理论模型。
