摘要
知识经济时代图书馆的地位更加重要,对图书馆员也提出了新的要求,因此,搞好图书馆人力资源管理势在必行。通过分析了图书馆人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题,提出和强调了图书馆在人力资源管理方面要以人为本,引入竞争机制、激励机制的新模式。
