黑社会性质组织与黑社会组织之比较

Comparison between Organizations with Traits of the Underworld and the Underworld Organizations

近几年,黑社会性质组织无论从组织结构上、手段的多样化上以及政治的渗透上都呈现出完善的趋势,一部分黑社会性质组织在完成最初的原始积累后逐渐向黑社会组织转变,并与境外黑社会组织勾结谋求发展,对我国政治和经济生活产生严重的危害。因此,分析黑社会性质组织与黑社会组织的异同,以期在实践中正确认定,严厉打击。

Over the past few years, the organizations with traits of the underworld have shown the tendency towards perfection in their structure, the diversification of means, and political infiltration. Having finished original accumulation of funds, some organizations with traits of the underworld have begun to change into the underworld, and collude with the underworld outside Chinese boundary to get further development, causing serious political and economic damage to China. The present thesis aims at analyzing the differences and similarities between the underworld and the organizations with traits of the underworld so as to help identify them correctly and punish them severely.
