摘要
在我国金融业务逐步对外资银行开放的情况下,国有商业银行和外资银行的人才争夺日益激烈。使用SWOT分析方法对比国有商业银行的内部优势、劣势和外部机会、威胁,探讨解决国有商业银行中人力资源管理问题的办法,提出未来可能的发展战略。
In the circumstance that the fina Bank, the contest for elites between the state- own ncial operations are opening to the Foreign Capital ed commercial bank and the foreign capital bank becomes more and more drastically. After using the SWOT method to contrast the internal strengths and weaknesses, and to contrast the external opportunities and threats, we discuss the solutions to the problems existing in the human resource management of the state - owned commercial bank, and then drew some possible developing strategies in the future.
