所谓法益,其基本含义即法律所保护的利益,各个部门法的设立与存续都是为了保护其专属的法益,经济法也不例外,但由于经济法出现的时间较晚,而且是随着现代社会的发展而演进,因此,要探究经济法的法益必须先说明经济法的法理渊源,然后进一步说明经济法的价值所在,并从中理解经济法的法益。

To research into the benefit of the economic law, firstly, wet should explain the sources of the economic law and then explain the value of the economic law. From the explanations of the economic law, we can realize the benefit of the economic law.
