子宫内膜异位症的CT诊断(附25例分析)

目的：探讨CT对子宫内膜异位症的诊断价值。方法：对25例以下腹痛为主诉，表现为痛经逐年加重、性交痛、非周期性下腹痛与腰痛，月经量过多及不育症的病人进行cr检查。扫描范围从髂翼至耻骨联合下缘，层厚及层距为5-10mm。结果：子宫腺肌病例8例，CT表现为子宫体弥漫性增大，增强后呈不均匀性强化；卵巢巧克力囊肿11例，表现为卵巢区葫芦状或椭圆形囊实性肿块，与宫体粘连；子宫旁及盆腔内内膜异位灶6例，表现为子宫直肠窝新月状及不规则形囊实性肿块，与子宫体关系密切。结论：根据子宫内膜异位症的发病机理及特征性的临床病史，同时注意与子宫肌瘤、卵巢单纯性囊肿、囊腺瘤、囊腺癌及卵巢输卵管脓肿进行鉴别，即可做出正确诊断。
