The Development of Historical Cities Need Immortal Cultural Scenery

鉴于文化景观对历史名城的特殊价值,剖析了当前历史名城景观建设中一系列具有典型意义的实例,认为历史文化“物化”为城市形态、城市景观已是生产力的表现;特别是针对西安作为一个历史坐标的古城如何守护文化遗脉,提出了自己的见解,反对粗制滥造的“伪历史设计”,呼吁历史名城发展需要建设不朽文化景观,营造一个民族值得记忆的载体。

According to the special value of cultural scenery to historical cities, the paper made a research of a series of the typical examples in the present historical cities＇ cultural scenery construction in China. And points out that historical culture has become a part of the shape of a city, whereas the city＇s scenery sites has turned into a productive force. On the base of this, the author put forward his ideas on how to protect the cultural relics in the ancient city of Xi＇an. It concludes that in the development of an historic city, immortal cultural relic scenery spots should be built to agginst pseudo historical designs so as to create a memorable culfure carrier for a nation.
