Thoughts on Issues of Resources Configuration in Research Qrienfed Universities

针对目前研究型大学中存在的资源浪费和配置不合理等问题,通过对事实进行归纳分析和从逻辑上展开演绎推理,提出从注重人的需要、保持办学特色、兼顾社会职能以及强化资源管理等方面,努力实现资源的开发共享,提高资源配置效益。

Aiming at problems of resources configuration in research-oriented universities. By inducing and analyzing the facts and deducting logically, the main causes of the problems are found. Systematic ideas to resolve the problems are put forward, which include paying more attention to people＇s needs, keeping university＇s characteristics, balancing university＇s social roles and strengthening resources management.
