The Application of Type JC Fuel-saving Magnetizer on Marine Power Installation

本文论述了JC型磁化节油器在船舶动力装置上应用的可行性及其对船舶动力性能与经济性的影响。试验表明,燃油磁化后将使燃油雾化改善、燃烧充分,从而提高发动机的热效率,降低燃油消耗。与此同时,发动机输出功率及扭矩亦相应增加。对发动机排气检测的结果表明,排气中CO、NOx及HC的含量明显减少。

This article presents a feasibility study of applying the type JC fuel-saving magnetizer to marine power installation.The effects of the magnetizer on the overall performance and economy are shown from the test results.When a magnetic field is imposed, the fuel is atomized more perfectly, thus burnt more completely.The fuel consumption of the engine is reduced and the overall efficiency increased.Analysis of the exhaust gases shows that the CO, NOx and HC content being reduced significantly.
