我国篮球运动员对职业联赛中劳资冲突的主观感受及其后果

在我国竞技篮球运动由政府包办向职业化、市场化发展的社会转型期,当前多数篮球运动员认为在我国职业篮球联赛中劳资冲突比较严重,特别是对民营企业融资的职业俱乐部劳资冲突感受颇深,但就对运动员的心理和行为的影响而言,篮球运动员对国有企业融资的职业俱乐部劳资冲突看法的影响更为明显。篮球运动员对劳资冲突的看法对他们的训练比赛和生活满意度、对职业联赛冲突的总体判断和冲突行为倾向都会产生影响,对此应给予足够的重视。

In the period of the social changes which parts of the athletic items were turned into professional and marketable by the government, currently many of the athletes consider that the labor and capital conflict is more serious in the our professional athletic development, and fed deeply especially for the labor and capital conflict of the professional private club, but for the influence of athletic mentality and behavior, and of the opinion that the athletes treat the labor and capital conflicts in the state professional club. It should be given the sufficient recognition, because the athletic attitude of the labor and capital conflict, the satisfaction, social justice, the collective estimation of the social conflict, conflictive behavior trend will bring the influence.
