摘要
运用文献资料法,从分析武术教学中隐含的文化的冲击、思维的盲从、传播的障碍,以“武术之美”、“武术之礼”、“武术之精神”三个维度,探索并发掘武术中具有时代意义的文化内容,提出体悟传统文化的武术教学新思路。
As an unique national traditional civilization, Wushu is full of deeply culture. However,There are a lot of problems revealed in the process of teaching, including current of culture, mental illness and difficulty of spread. The purpose of this paper is try to find a new idea for the Wushu＇s teaching techniques from the beauty of Wushu, rule of Wushu and spirit of Wushu.
