摘要
运动员比赛前适度的紧张是正常的心理状态,但是对高校业余的田径运动员来讲,由于参加比赛的经验不足,往往在比赛前几天就高度紧张,影响比赛时水平的发挥。从如何运用森林浴训练和积极的心理暗示进行赛前状态调控以提高运动员自信等方法进行论述,旨在帮助运动员在比赛中提高运动竞技水平,取得好成绩。
Moderate catatonia before competition is a normal psychological state of athletes. Yet, lacking of experiences of participating in competitions, amateur athletes in colleges and universities will feel serious nervousness a few days before the competition takes place. Such status will bring unfavourable influences on their doing themselves justice in the competition. This essay will discuss the methods of inspiring the self-confidence of the athletes through using the training methodology of forest bath and positive psychological suggestions to have their menta 1state regulated and controlled so as to help them get good results in the competiton.
