蜂胶水溶工艺的研究

摘要 本实验是采用乙醇浸提的蜂胶,分两组来探讨蜂胶的水溶工艺。A组以聚乙二醇为溶剂,与蜂胶的比例分别为2:1、3:1、4:1、5:1,B组是在A组的基础上再分别加入不同比例的乙醇作为溶剂来溶解蜂胶。结果表明:A组中聚乙二醇与蜂胶比例为4:1时溶解率最高,达37.671%,B组中聚乙二醇与蜂胶比例为4:1时,再加入乙醇时溶解率最高,可达69.731%、但B组内不同比例的乙醇间差异不明显。 The experient was divided into two groups to study the deliquescent technics of propol is which was distilled by alchol. In the group A,as solvent,polyglycol was mingled with propolis for2: 1,3: 1,4: land 5:1 respectively. The group B waas based on group A, and added the alcohol as the solvent by the different rates. The result showed: In group A, the best ratio of dissolve is 37. 673 % when the rate between polyglycol and propol is was 4 : 1. At the same time, in the group B, when the rate between the polyglycol and propolis was 4 : 1, the best ratio was 69.731%, but there were no difference in different ratio of alcohol.
