Study on implanting rat tooth germs in renal capsule

摘要 目的:评价肾被膜作为组织工程牙根和牙周组织的种植环境。方法:分离出生后6 d SD大鼠下颌第一磨牙完整牙胚,种植于成年SD大鼠肾被膜下,4周后收获种植牙胚,组织学观察种植牙胚的牙根和牙周组织发育情况。结果:20个种植牙胚中,4个种植牙胚有牙根和牙周组织生成,剩余种植牙胚仅见牙本质继续发育。结论:肾被膜是组织工程牙根和牙周组织的适宜种植环境。 Objective: To evaluate whether the renal capsule is a suitable implanting place for tissue engineering of tooth mot and periodontal tissue. Method :Mandibular first molar germs of postnatal 6 days SD rat were separated and implanted in renal capsules of adult SD rat. After 4 weeks, the implanted germs were harvested and development condition of tooth mot and periodontal tissue of the implanted germs was analysed histologically, Result: Development of tooth mot and periodontal tissue was observed in 4 of 20 implanted germs. In the rest implanted germs, extense growth of dentine was found. Conclusion:Renal capsule is a suitable implanting place for tissue engineering of tooth mot and periodontal tissue.
