上颌骨Le Fort I型截骨前后向牵张成骨的三维有限元模型位移趋势的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对上颌骨Le Fort I型截骨前后向牵张成骨的三维有限元模型进行位移趋势研究。方法:在已建好的颅上颌复合体三维有限元模型上模拟Le Fort I型截骨前后向牵张成骨加载,对上颌骨复合体各标志点的位移趋势进行研究,并比较三种不同加载方式对颅上颌复合体的影响。结果:上颌Le Fort I型截骨前后向牵张成骨时,除前后向有明显位移趋势外,在横向和垂直向方面上颌结节处还有明显地向外向下的位移趋势,三种不同加载方式对上颌骨复合体各部位的位移趋势无明显差异。结论:上颌骨Le Fort I型截骨前后向牵张成骨时,应尽量注意上颌骨的逆时针旋转以及上颌牙弓的形变。 Objective: This study is to provide reference for clinic regarding displacement about three-demensional finite dement analysis on anterior-posterior directions of Le Fort Ⅰ D0. Method:Diffenrent loads at anterior-posterlor directions are simulated, then each displacement trend of cranial-maxillary complex is investigated and finally the effects to cranial-maxillary complex with three different ways of loading are compared.Result: As for Le Fort Ⅰ DO, there are no obvious differences regarding displacement of cranial-maxillary complex with three different ways of loading, besides obivious displacement through anterior-posterior as well as through forth-downwards directions of transverse & vertical maxilla tuberosity. Conclusion: Regarding anterior-posterior Le Fort Ⅰ DO, the close attention should be paid to the contrarotation of maxillary and the deformation of maxilla arch.
