摘要
本文介绍了采用复合材料辅助活塞型面快速磨合优化法和三维边界元计算法进行内燃机活塞型面研究的结果。实践表明,上述两种方法都能有效地求得合理的活塞型面,并能作出合理的解释。
In order to ensure that the diesel engine has a high efficiency,high reliability,seizure-free and scraping-free operation,the piston profile should be designed in its optimized form.Two methods of approach are introduced ,i.e. experimental method using composite coating and computational method by means of three-dimensional boundary element.Both the methods proved to be effective.
