摘要
通过对非牛顿高粘度二醋酸纤维素浆液过滤的研究,建立了等效过滤模型,实现了浆液的精细过滤,反映过滤质量的丝束断头率降到了0.39次/t产品以下;通过对浆液喷丝的系统研究,成功研发出高温闪蒸高密度醋纤喷丝技术,解决了喷丝粘连问题,有效改善了单丝截面的异形度,滤棒吸阻稳定性提高了12.5%;自主研发的YH02型卷曲机,在传动结构等方面比进口的CP-8卷曲机有了较大改进,生产环境得到明显改善,丝束卷曲能稳定性提高了39%。
Through study on the filtration of cellulose acetate dope, an equal - effect filtration mathematic model was proposed to carry out fine filtration of the spinning dope, reducing the ends - out ratio to less than 0.39/ton tow. Utilizing the technolo- gy of high temperature flash distillation and high density cellulose extrusion which was successfully developed by systematic investigation into spinning dope, the spinning conglutination problem was solved, the shape of single filament was improved, and the stability of pressure drop of filter was increased by 12.5%. Contrasted with imported CP-8 crimper, the self-ameliorated YH02 crimper was greatly improved in gearing structure so that the productive environment has been obviously improved and the stability of crimping energy of tow has been increased by 39 %.
