单螺杆压缩机的热力性能分析

摘要 本文建立了圆柱转子和平面星轮结构的单螺杆压缩机的简化模型及漏泄模型,描述了机组的主要几何参数及其相互关系;确定了任意转角位置处的基元容积大小及漏泄线长度;对压缩机工作基元的工作压力、温度和压缩机的实际排气最以及几种工况下的压缩机功耗进行了分析,并给出了计算方法。 Both a simplified mathematical model and a leakage model of single-screw compressor consisting of cylindrical rotor and plane planet wheel are presented in this paper.The geometrical parameters of the compressor set and their interaction relationship are described.The volume of basic unit and the leakage line length as a function of turning angle are defined.The working pressure,temperature of operational basic unit and the actual air-ejecting capacity and power consumption under several operational conditions are analyzed and a method of calculation is also given in the paper.
