With the mark of Chinese power installed capacity breaking through 500 GW, the power industry said goodbye to "electricity famine" and entered into the period of the 11th Five Year. Currently, the situations of power supply and demand in 2006 and the other four years of the 11th Five Year are undoubtedly of great concern both inside and outside the industry.
