Utilizing foreign funds as well as introducing technology is a successful way to develop regional economy. It is the very reason that the economy of Shandong province developed so fast. With the globalization of the economy, how to attract foreign funds is very important for the regional economy. This paper is to analyze the country structure,industry structure, region structure so as to raise the reasonable suggestion for the Shandong province.
