摘要
市管县体制是历史的产物,现在看来,既违背城乡分治的发展规律,又束缚区域经济的协调发展。改革市管县体制,根本途径是实行市县分治,即省管县,加大对县域经济的扶持力度。
The system of municipality governing counties is the heritage of history, and it violates the rule of governing rural area and city respectively and hinders the harmonious economic development of the area. To change the system to province governing the counties is the way to solve the problem.
