摘要
研究了在硫酸介质存在下,基于甲醛对溴酸钾氧化甲基红褪色反应有催化作用,建立了测定甲醛的动力学光度法。线性范围在0.1~1.2μg.mL-1时符合比耳定律,检出限为0.147μg.mL-1,该法用于检测河水、地下水中痕量甲醛的测定。
In this paper, based on Formaldehyde catalyzed the discoloring reaction of methyl red by potassium bromate in sulfuric acid, a kinetic spectrophotometric method for determining trace formaldehyde is proposed. The line arrange 0.1-1.2 μg·mL^-1 with the detection limit of 0.147μg·mL^-1. The procedure is used to determine the formaldehyde in water samples.
