淮河入海水道工程水泥搅拌桩施工工艺的选择

摘要 水泥搅拌桩作为饱和软粘土地基加固处理的一种形式,其施工质量与施工工艺、全桩身质量的有效检测、施工管理水平密切相关。文章对淮河入海水道淤土段穿堤建筑物戴舍涵洞工程中水泥搅拌桩施工工艺的选择进行了研究,以期保证工程质量、提高经济效益。 The cement mixing pile stabilization method, which is a kind of saturated soft day improvement technology, is wildly used in the civil engineering field. It has many advantages such as rapid construction, low cost, no environment pollution and so on. At the same time, there are still some quality problems during the construction process. Many problems refer to field managerial skills, construction equipments and technologies. For lack of effective total cross-section testing method, some of these defects are undetected. In this article, the writer discusses some useful equipments and quality-control skills used in the Dai-she culvert construction site of the Huai-he river which is beneficial to the construction quality and economic efficiency.
