沙市市应用苏云金杆菌防制城市致乏库蚊10年后的抗性观察

Investigations on Resistance in Culex quinquefasciatus in Shashi after a 10-year Application of Bacills thuringiensis israelensis

本文报道了沙市市连续使用苏云金杆菌以色列变种１８７防制城市致乏库蚊１０年后的抗性监测结果。结果表明，沙市市和非处理区致乏库蚊Ⅲ龄末期幼虫的平均ＬＣ５０分别为３．１４ｕｌ／Ｌ和３．３５ｕｌ／Ｌ，平均抗性率为０．９４，证明尚未产生抗性。

Investigations on resistance in Culex quinquefasciatus in Shashi was carried out after a 10 year application of Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis 187. The results showed that the average LC50 Bacillus thuringiensis against late third instar larvae of Culex quinquefasciatus in treated area and untreated area were 3.14ul/L and 3.35ul/L, respectively. The average resistance ratio was 0. 94. The in vestigations indicated that no resistance phenomena in Culex quinguefasciatus has yet developed in Shashi after 10 years treatment.
