摘要
目前我国城乡迁移的农村劳动力在城市就业上趋于个体化运作,农村劳动力的城乡迁移不是政府的计划运作,而是城乡迁移的劳动力的个体自主选择。他们的个人就业成本主要由求职成本、证件成本、投资成本和培训成本四部分组成。我国城乡迁移的农村劳动力个人就业成本较为沉重。
A rural laborer who migrated from China's countryside, generally speaking, will obtain his employment through his individual efforts. His employment cost is mainly displayed as follows: the cost of job hunting, the cost of relevant investment, the cost of needed training and the cost of getting relevant certification. China's rural laborers have to bear heavy burden in terms of their employment cost after they migrate from countryside to cities.
